Sarah specializes in natural medicine as a clinical herbalist. She helps treat medical conditions where diet and exercise have been proven effective, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, and insulin resistance.
